WHAT AI COACHING ACTUALLY DOES

AI Coaching is currently in development and will be available in a future phase of KnowLay.

  • Answers your questions about the course

If something in a lesson is unclear, you can ask the AI directly. It is trained on the course content and available at any time, not just during scheduled sessions.

  • Sends review questions after each lesson

After you complete a lesson, the AI follows up with a few questions to check comprehension. Not a graded test. Just a prompt to make sure the key ideas landed.

  • Asks you to apply what you learned

Beyond recall, the AI will occasionally ask: how does this apply to your situation? That one question, asked at the right moment, is often what turns information into a habit.

  • Reminds you when life gets in the way

If you have not logged in or completed a lesson in a few days, the AI sends a simple reminder. No pressure, just a nudge back to where you left off.

  • Tells you what to focus on next

Based on your progress and quiz results, the AI suggests where to direct your attention: which lesson to revisit, what to practice, or when you are ready to move on.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

AI Coaching is a study support tool. It works from what you share with it and what is in the course content. It does not know your full professional context, cannot observe your work, and is not a substitute for Expert Coaching when you need a real human perspective on a complex situation.

For that, KnowLay offers Expert Coaching sessions you can book separately.

HOW IT FITS INTO YOUR LEARNING

  • Before the lesson: your schedule is set, the AI knows where you are in the course.

  • During the lesson: you watch, read, and take notes at your own pace.

  • After the lesson: the AI follows up with a review question or a reflection prompt.

  • Between sessions: reminders arrive if you go quiet. Progress is tracked so nothing falls through.

A learning companion, not a replacement for your thinking.

AI Coaching is included with your KnowLay course. It runs in the background, follows your pace, and shows up when it can be useful.
