WHO THIS IS FOR

This service is for organizations that want to build internal training at scale: onboarding programs, leadership development, operational standards, culture and values, or any subject that needs to reach a large number of people consistently. If you have ever relied on a single trainer to carry important knowledge, or watched the same message land differently across teams, structured video training solves that problem.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Most video production vendors take your content and turn it into a video. We do not start there. KnowLay is a training and consulting company. Before we produce anything, we work with you to make sure the training is designed to actually work: the right topics, in the right order, for the right audience, connected to a real outcome. The video is the result of that thinking, not the starting point.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

  • 1. Discovery: We start by understanding the problem, not just the topic. What is currently not working? Who needs to change, and in what way? What does success look like three months after the training runs?

  • 2. Learning strategy: Based on what we learn, we advise on the approach: what to cover, in what sequence, which content belongs in a video and which belongs in a coaching session or workshop. This is where experience in training design matters most.

  • 3. Content architecture: We propose a course structure with clear learning objectives for each module. You review and confirm before any writing begins.

  • 4. Content alignment: Scripts are written to match your organization: your tone, your terminology, your brand colors, and real examples from your context. A script that could belong to any company is a script that will not land with your people.

  • 5. Production: Videos are produced once the scripts are confirmed. You review a draft, provide feedback, and sign off before anything is finalized.

  • 6. Deployment: Your course goes live on the KnowLay platform, or on your own LMS if you prefer. We handle setup and learner access.

  • 7. Follow-up: After the training runs, we look at completion data and learner feedback with you. If something is not landing, we adjust. If the organization is ready for the next step, we help you plan it.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You know your organization, your people, and your goals. We know how to structure that knowledge into something learners can actually use.

  • Bring us your existing materials, your challenges, and your context. The rest is a collaboration.

  • Useful starting points include: internal documents or SOPs, existing training materials, presentations, or simply a clear description of the problem you are trying to solve.

EXAMPLE

An organization wants to build a feedback culture across 200 employees. They have tried workshops before with limited results. We work with them to understand why the workshops did not stick, identify whether the gap is skill, mindset, or process, and design a training series that addresses the actual barrier. That might be a five-module video course for all staff, a separate track for managers, and a set of practice prompts to use in weekly team meetings. The videos are produced, deployed, and followed up with data on who completed what and where learners are still struggling. That is the difference between producing a video and building a training program.

Start with a conversation, not a brief

Tell us what your organization is trying to improve. We will tell you honestly whether video training is the right tool for it, and what a program might look like.
