About the Course:
Coaching Playbook Execution is the third and final OCFC Practitioner-level applied skill. It builds directly on the Brand Vetting Matrix work for brand-candidate matching and the Discovery Call Mastery for readiness assessment, and it is what converts those upstream decisions into Year 1 and Year 2 operator outcomes that actually hold. In this session we will walk the eight-quarter framework that spans the twenty-four months from operator signing through graduation. You will learn how Discovery readiness gaps become quarter-by-quarter coaching priorities. You will learn the three coaching modes — directive, supportive, developmental — and when each fits. You will learn the cadence rhythm: weekly through Q1, biweekly through Q3, monthly through Q6, quarterly through Q8, with set-piece sessions for the Year-End Reflection, the Strategic Expansion Workshop, and Graduation. You will learn how to handle crisis quarters when something goes wrong, how to coach a spouse, a GM, a multi-unit operator, and how to graduate operators into alumni status, OCFC Foundation participation, or the Master pathway.
